About Cairn
Cairn was built for people who are doing well on paper and still feel the friction of disconnected advice.

Why Cairn exists
Founder and lead planner
I began Cairn after watching too many capable households receive technically correct answers that never became a working system.
I left an AUM-model firm because I did not believe an asset minimum should screen out households whose income, equity compensation, and family decisions already demanded a real plan.
The important decisions live between specialties: a vesting date affects taxes, cash flow, college funding, and the portfolio at once.
My work is to make that landscape visible, build a route in plain language, and stay beside you through implementation.

The name
On a trail, a cairn does not walk the route for you. It tells you where you are, confirms the next direction, and keeps a complicated landscape navigable.
The early trail loop above town is where the name Cairn first began to feel right.
From the field notes
Plain-English guidance for the decisions that keep returning.

A practical way to turn each vest into a repeatable tax, concentration, and cash-flow decision.
